In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To open and maintain a mpo17 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo17 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesia's prevailing standards for adult entertainment services. Age verification documents will be requested at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register an Account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active mpo17 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through mpo17 or any other gaming operator. Attempting to register a new account while under self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

• Use a strong, unique password for your mpo17 Account that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-step verification (2SV) from your Account security settings — strongly recommended for all players.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify mpo17 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• mpo17 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that mpo17 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

mpo17 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform communications, hashed password storage, and real-time login anomaly detection. Suspicious login attempts from unrecognised devices or locations will trigger an automatic security alert to your registered email address.

All mpo17 Wallet balances are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5 to 15 minutes for bank transfers under normal conditions. mpo17 charges zero platform-side fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which mpo17 accepts no responsibility.

• Only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger a KYC review.
• mpo17 reserves the right to request proof of deposit (transaction receipt or bank statement) before crediting any amount that cannot be automatically reconciled.
• Deposits made during scheduled bank maintenance windows (commonly between 23:00 and 01:00 WIB for certain Indonesian banks) may experience processing delays. mpo17 will credit all confirmed deposits upon receipt of bank confirmation.
• mpo17 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits in any form.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the mpo17 Cashier interface, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless mpo17 support has approved an alternative method following a completed KYC review.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 for all methods.
• Processing time — e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 30 to 60 minutes under normal conditions, 24 hours maximum.
• Processing time — bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): 1 to 3 hours under normal conditions, 24 hours maximum excluding national public holidays.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before any withdrawal is approved.
• Active bonus wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements remains attached to the Account. Players may forfeit the bonus from the Account dashboard to proceed with an immediate withdrawal of confirmed real-money funds.

In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails in respect of that bonus only.

• Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is displayed on the bonus offer page.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Registering or operating more than one mpo17 Account, whether under your own identity or any alias.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate systematic profit. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed.

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event on which a wager is placed.

All content on the mpo17 platform — including but not limited to the mpo17 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo17 or its licensed content suppliers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mpo17 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the mpo17 platform without prior written consent from mpo17.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes mpo17's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

mpo17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that substantively alter Player rights, eligibility criteria, payment conditions, or bonus terms — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file at least 14 days before taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing obligations, or amendments required by regulatory direction) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version. Your continued use of mpo17 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mpo17 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mpo17's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. If you are an Indonesian resident, you retain any non-waivable statutory rights granted to Indonesian consumers under prevailing Indonesian consumer protection law, to the extent that such rights are applicable to online gaming services accessed internationally.
